2021/1/22 Whenever you notice it, change your posture.



1. If you stand, open your legs to shoulder width.
2. Relax your shoulders.
3. The spine is stretched, but it does not warp.
4. With the thread on the top of your head, you stand as if you were hanging from the ceiling.
5. Focus on the lower abdomen.

If you have a good posture, there is nothing to worry about.
It looks good, is good for your health, and looks positive.
